It is proposed the description of alive organism as a macroscopic analogue of a coherent quantum system, evolving as a structure, consisting from the discrete space-time levels. It is introduced the operator B(x, t) for the space-time structure, it is an analogy to the Hamilton operator. It is formulated a wave quantum equation, describing the evolution of the wave function of biological system in energy-momentum, or in the space of frequencies.
